Bike Auction Set for March 13

PASCAGOULA - The city Police Department will hold its Annual Bike Auction on Saturday, March 13, in the parking lot along the north side of the police station at 611 Live Oak Ave.

Auction participants must register at 8 a.m. to take part in the auction at 9 a.m.
Approximately 78 bicycles of various makes, color, size and condition will be on the auction block.
Many of the bicycles were abandoned and recovered by police officers. If the owners of the items cannot be identified, or owners do not claim the property, they are put up for auction after being held for a minimum of three months.

Revenue generated from the auction becomes part of Pascagoula’s General Fund.

The bikes will be sold for cash only. No credit cards or checks will be accepted.
