The best thing that citizens can do to prepare for the incumbent oil spill disaster is to stay calm and hope that the slick does not impact the coast line as harshly as predicted.
At this point, things don’t look well for the marine life and breeding bird populations along the Louisiana and Mississippi Coast because it is breeding season for many shore and sea birds.
